Eiffel Tower from a Different Angle
Will you meet me at the top of the Eiffel Tower
This coming Friday at eight? Listen: Eiffel Tower (Artist: Color Theory)
The truth is, when I went to Paris I didn’t go to the top of the Eiffel Tower, and there were two good reasons for that: not worth the money and I was more interested to spend time seeing Paris from the foot path rather than from the roof tops.
After wandering around from one side to another side of the city I figured out that Eiffel Tower is not just a huge steel of artwork that is believed today to be some kind of icon of romantic relationships, always perfectly arranged in postcards or used daily as a Christmas-tree for the light show.
The tower only became charming for me when it displayed itself in its imperfect arrangement of the city’s landscape. Only when it was not in the centre of observation I understood the value it gives to the city.
